We believe that better golf starts with better movement. Whether you're looking for more distance, greater consistency, or simply a more enjoyable round, SwingFly makes warming up simple and quick. In just five minutes, golfers can unlock tight muscles, improve mobility, and prepare their bodies to swing freely.
Designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule, SwingFly goes wherever your game takes you. At just 17” long, it fits easily into any golf bag, making it simple to warm up at home, on the driving range, or just minutes before your tee time.

Our Beginnings
Our founder, Eileen Kurtz, is classically trained in Exercise Science, an experienced yoga teacher and personal trainer for more than twenty years, and a passionate new golfer. Through years of teaching movement, she noticed the same challenge time and time again: both a lack of time to warm up and mobility was limiting the swings of everyday golfers.
She knew there had to be a better way to help players prepare their bodies before stepping onto the course. That idea became the foundation for SwingFly: a warm-up/exercise tool that is simple, portable, and designed specifically for golfers.

Origins of SwingFly
The inspiration behind SwingFly comes from the Indian club, a centuries-old military strength training tool that was the centerpiece of the Victorian fitness craze, including two Olympics games.
Eileen was introduced to Indian clubs more than thirty years ago by her husband, a former FBI Hostage Rescue Team operator. After incorporating them into her yoga and personal training practice, she witnessed firsthand how effectively they improved her students mobility, stability, coordination to move smoothly, and strength.
She began experimenting with ways to adapt this proven training method specifically for golf. After multiple prototypes and countless refinements, SwingFly was born and is patent pending.
Featuring a standard golf grip and balanced to feel like a 7-iron, SwingFly provides golfers with a familiar feel while targeting the muscles and joints that matter most. Just a few minutes of swinging before a round helps increase mobility, activate the body, and build the movement patterns needed for a smoother, more powerful swing.
